My husband and I hosted an intimate wedding reception/dinner at Cookhouse. It was everything we dreamed, and more! Due to COVID, we rescheduled and reimagined our wedding multiple times. When we decided on at ceremony at SF City Hall, we were looking for a venue that still would allow us to have many of the personal touches we'd originally imagined. Cookhouse was... perfect. We never saw the space until a couple of days prior, organizing everything virtually via email with the owner Jen. It was a breeze to plan, and Jen's style was really beautiful. Our guests can't stop raving over how comfortable and fun the event was, and how delicious the food was from Chef Lindsay! We are so happy we found Cookhouse and would recommend this space to anyone without hesitation.

Cookhouse is an amazing event space for all sorts of social functions. I've thrown a farewell brunch party for a friend here and have also attending a wedding reception here, so I've seen how versatile the place can be. It can be set up for a formal sit down meal or as a more casual mix and mingle space. The space itself is gorgeous and is equipped with top of the line cooking equipment. The owner Jen is very warm and friendly, pays great attention to detail, and will make sure your next social event is a huge success that all your guests will remember.

There's no better place to bring people together for a magical time, right in the heart of North Beach. Jen & team were amazing. The team at Cookhouse is amazing, and the space is absolutely stunning. I've attended several events at Cookhouse and even decided to host my 30th birthday party here. It was the most memorable party I've ever thrown. The kitchen is amazing, and as an avid baker and cook, it's a dream to get to use it!
Jen is a fantastic small business owner and I love that when you host an event at Cookhouse not only are you guaranteed to have an awesome experience but you are also supporting a woman-owned local business!
Adah does an excellent job of coordinating and communicating and she always makes sure that events at Cookhouse go off without a hitch.
I could go on for days about the team and the space, but do yourself a favor and host an event there yourself!

I have hosted 1 event at Cookhouse and attended 2 other events there. It is such a beautiful venue. The event I hosted was a cook -off team building event and we all had a wonderful time. Everything was managed perfectly from the venue which allowed us to just show up and have a fun time. I was able to bring in the cooking ingredients and we purchased drinks from the venue. Jen was really accommodating to our timing and needs and everything went smoothly. The entire team said they would love it do this again.

The space feels like a Parisian-style loft with tall windows, beautiful details, and top-of-the line culinary cookware. We’ve hosted everything from birthday parties and bridal showers there and love referring friends to host their professional work gatherings. The staff provides everything you’ll need to throw an amazing party and the best part? They take care of all the cleanup — win-win! The staff and space at Cookhouse are remarkable! It can be transformed by your own team, or by their stellar in-house team. It's on the second floor with a gorgeous view of North Beach and is a lovely, bright space with lots of windows. I have had business events and personal events there with a private chef and with just friends cooking, and both were major successes! The commercial kitchen is fabulous and really adds to the uniqueness of this special spot. Book it!

I love Cookhouse!

It’s such an amazingly versatile resource for anyone who loves food and a cool gathering place. The staff is so nice and helpful, the place is fully stocked for all kinds of events. We’ve had two dinner parties there and both have been fabulous! And you couldn’t ask for a better location, right in the center of it all.
