Walked in for my appt, checked in, got called to the back to see my tax representative and was outta there in a reasonable time. Then I had enough time to go get a 20 piece nugget at Mcdonald's. 😀

the H&R block in my area (Grafenwohr, Germany) was the most helpful since I began my journey with them in 2019. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and the staff was professional. Great expedient service. H&R Block representative was super professional and was knowledgeable on situations specific to military personnel. Tiffany addressed ALL of our questions and concerns. Furthermore, she provides solid advice on future finance and tax return topics. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is the total amount charged for H&R block services and tax prep (we've been accustomed to working tax returns through web apps such as Turbo Tax for a nominal fee so the higher fee was just a novel experience for us).
