I paid for my self and my wife.it has been almost a year and hardly no communication, I email I call and they never call back and I wish I can just get my money back and be done. They have not done nothing for me not one removal not nothing. I have them almost a year before posting this review and this company is not good, don't trust them and I am sure they will try to say that I am wrong but I did everything they ask and nothing this company suck

I had great success with the company initially. I paid for litigation and I have been having issues getting in contact with someone. I hope to get in contact with someone soon to continue to provide credit repair services! Unfortunately their email on their website isn't working!

Wasted my money. They have been double and triple charging my cards for credit beast. (Did not work ever ) called multiple times to get charges reversed no answer. Emailed called no response an answer I filed a dispute with my card company. I PAY MY BILLS BRIAN maybe I should come and visit face to face with you. You are quick to run your keyboard mouth. Houston is right down the road. I signed up for the monitoring your crappy system took my money the last 4 months and has never worked once. Your responses to reviews on here will get you sued. Mentioning a person's actual debt and amount is a violation of your confidentiality agreement. You are EARNING these reviews. Strongly advise anyone against using this trash company.

I wish i could give them zero stars. They will take your money and promise you all these good things and they will take care of everything. Well they left me in the dust with a pending court date that they promised to help walk me threw with what to say. They never called me back or anything. Then started dodging my calls and emails. I asked for refund and absolutely nothing. They are nothing but a scam. I'm sure they pay for all these good reviews. Go on TikTok and read their comment section. O and as soon as they see a bad review on anything they do they will say it was the customers fault and has nothing to do with them because they are perfect. Right? They are very manipulative. Please save your money and find someone who is a reputable company!

This is my response to their below response since this is the only way they seem to know how to communicate! Isn't this all your customers though? You con customers when they need help and all you do is gaslight them and take advantage then leave them in the dust. You guys are disgusting to say the least.

So I have tried multiple times to get ahold of this company regarding my case and I'm not getting no response I just talked to a woman from an answering service is she put in the notes that I have not had a response back and I probably won't get a response back now and I'm sure Brian will reach out and talk all kinds of crap but this is not professional this is not how you run a company I recommend people after thinking about hiring this company don't and Brian you did not call me like seven times one day that's a lie your company is not professional I paid for service and you guys are not providing that service but keep trying to spread lies which is fine because just remember sir I got all the call logs

I never was happy with their service and now I got sent a email to get a refund as they are "upgrading" and renegging on the service I paid for. They closed my access to my account, so now I can't get on the site to redeem my refund and no one will return a call to help fix this issue, and I'm not surprised I won't get the refund now. This place is a total scam. The owner always will trash talk everyone on the reviews as well instead of listening and try to improve why don't you send me my refund? You should pay your bills like you tell everyone else to do.
